The very popular and practical Oatland Summerhouse is an attractive building which can be used for many purposes and makes a handy addition to your garden or patio. Features double doors to the front giving excellent access for furniture. The Oatland is constructed from high grade overlap cladding to the walls over 34mm strong framing with OSB floor and roof.

• Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
• When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
• Please refer to plan drawing for door and window layout and accurate metric dimensions.
• All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the  manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company's assembly instructions.
